Why Clear Rigid Conduit?
Traditional grey or black rigid PVC conduit protects cabling well — but the moment something changes downstream, technicians are pulling covers and tracing runs by hand. Transparent rigid PVC conduit removes that friction. A quick glance confirms which cable is which, whether the correct bundle has been pulled, and whether any damage or discolouration is developing on the cable jacket inside.

Every length is extruded in Australia at our Coolum Beach QLD facility. Stock sizes run from 20 mm through 63 mm in 4 metre lengths. Note that Clear Rigid Conduit is a medium-duty indoor product and is not recommended for outdoor applications requiring UV resistance.

Is Clear Rigid Conduit compliant with AS/NZS 2053?
Yes. Every length is manufactured to meet AS/NZS 2053 requirements for medium-duty rigid plain electrical conduit, including 750N minimum compression strength and UL94 V0 self-extinguishing flammability performance.
Can it be used outdoors?
No. Clear Rigid Conduit is an indoor product. It is not rated for outdoor UV exposure. For outdoor applications, please contact us about UV-stabilised alternatives.
What sizes are available?
Six standard sizes are manufactured — 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm and 63mm outside diameter — all in 4 metre lengths.
Is it suitable for data centre cable management?
Yes — this is its primary application. The transparent wall enables visual cable identification and inspection without disassembly, reducing MTTR and speeding up moves-adds-changes. It also meets IP67 ingress protection and V0 flammability, both important in data-hall environments.

In Australia. All Clear Rigid Conduit is extruded at our Coolum Beach, Qld facility under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (TQCSI AU1241-QC).
